RENIA – GP-Accelerator – Instant Activator Spray for Superglues

Renia GP-Accelerator is a high-performance chemical activator aerosol formulated in Germany by Renia GmbH. It is engineered to instantly trigger and accelerate the polymerization process of all cyanoacrylate (CA / Superglue) adhesives.
Designed for rapid workshop assembly in automotive trimming, leathercraft, footwear manufacturing, and technical repairs, it reduces cure times down to seconds and guarantees instant handling strength on difficult or porous substrates.

• Instant Flash-Cure: Accelerates superglue setting time down to 1–4 seconds, eliminating the need for prolonged manual holding or clamping.
• Prevents Substrate Soak-In: Seals porous materials (wood, foam, leather edges, cork) to keep the adhesive on the surface where the bond is formed.
• Reduces Blooming & Hazing: Prevents unsightly white frosty marks (blooming) around glue joints on black plastics, dark leather, and trim panels.
• Excellent Gap-Filling Support: Enables cyanoacrylate adhesives to effectively bridge minor joint gaps without losing bond strength.Clean Spray Mist: Fine aerosol spray pattern ensures even, controlled deposition without overspray or dripping

Usage & Application Guide:
Method 1: Direct Two-Part Application (Recommended for precision joints)
1. Spray a light, fine mist of Renia GP-Accelerator onto ONE of the mating surfaces and let the solvent evaporate for 5–10 seconds.
2. Apply a small amount of Cyanoacrylate Superglue to the OPPOSITE surface.
3. Bring the two surfaces together immediately and press firmly for 1–3 seconds. The bond sets instantly.

Method 2: External Post-Cure (For sealing seams or gap-filling)
1. Assemble parts with cyanoacrylate adhesive.
2. Lightly mist GP-Accelerator directly over the exposed joint or fillet to instantly cure any squeeze-out.
