Common questions about delivery, stock, collection and ordering with AVTEXA®.
How will my order be delivered?
We deliver across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland at the same rates, by An Post or DPD from Kilkenny. Oversized items such as fabric rolls go DPD only. Adhesives can only be delivered to Ireland and Northern Ireland. GB and EU delivery available on request – email orders@avtexa.ie with your address and basket for a UPS quote. See Delivery.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes. All BT postcodes at the same rates as the Republic. Prices are in euro and your card converts automatically. Solvent drums: please check with us first.
Do you deliver to Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Sligo and Belfast?
Yes. Those cities — and the rest of Ireland and Northern Ireland — are covered at the same rates. Orders leave our Kilkenny unit by An Post or DPD. See Delivery.
How are fabrics packed?
Fabrics are rolled on a cardboard tube to protect them in transit.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. You can collect from our store in Kilkenny during opening hours (Mon–Fri 10am–5pm, lunch 1pm–2pm). Contact us first so we can prepare your order.
What does “in stock” mean?
If a product is marked in stock, the material is held in our Kilkenny store and ready to prepare.
What if an item is on backorder?
We can still take the order and will confirm timing. Lead times vary by product — ask us if you need a date before you buy.
Do you offer samples?
Yes on selected products (look for Sample on the product page). Samples help you check colour and feel before a full order.
Do you offer trade / wholesale prices?
Yes. Trade and wholesale pricing is available on request — contact orders@avtexa.ie or use Contact.
What payment methods do you accept?
See our Payment Information page for card payments and other options.
How do returns work?
See our Refunds & Returns Policy. Contact us before sending anything back.
