Terms of Sale — AVTEXA

These Terms apply to purchases from A & T Style Ltd t/a AVTEXA® via https://avtexa.ie or by quote/invoice.
Governing law: Ireland. Courts of Ireland have jurisdiction.

1. Who we sell to

We mainly supply trade and professional customers. Consumers may buy where the site allows checkout; extra consumer rights may then apply under Irish/EU law. If you buy as a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. Quotes, prices, VAT

Website prices are in euro and usually shown ex VAT unless stated. Quotes may differ by volume, cut, and delivery. We may correct obvious pricing errors. VAT invoices use VAT No IE 9689962L.

3. Orders

An order online is an offer to buy. We accept when we send order confirmation / take payment / dispatch. We may cancel if stock, compliance, or payment checks fail — with a refund of amounts paid for cancelled lines.

6. Delivery

Ireland: An Post or DPD; oversized fabrics usually DPD only. Risk passes on delivery to the address you give (or on collection). Inspect on arrival; report transit damage quickly with photos.

7. Collection

Collection from Kilkenny during opening hours if agreed in advance (Mon–Fri 10am–5pm, lunch 1–2pm).

8. Payment

Payment methods shown at checkout (currently Stripe card / wallets). Title in goods passes when paid in full. We may withhold dispatch if payment fails or is disputed.

9. Trade / wholesale

Trade pricing may be agreed separately by email/quote. Site cart prices do not automatically include unpublished trade rates.

10. Liability

We do not limit liability where Irish law forbids it (e.g. death/personal injury from negligence, or fraud). Otherwise our liability for a product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect loss (lost profit, downtime) to the extent allowed by law. You must check suitability (colour, grain, fire ratings, application) for your project — request a sample where available.

11. Alcantara® & brands

Product names and marks belong to their owners. AVTEXA supplies materials; we are not an official exclusive distributor unless we expressly say so in writing.

12. Site use

Do not misuse the site (scraping, attacks, fake orders). We may suspend accounts that abuse the shop.

4. Lead times & stock

“In stock” means material held at our Kilkenny store, ready to prepare. Backorders: we confirm timing when we can. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Cuts, rolls & custom work

Many goods are sold by the linear metre, as cut lengths, or as opened rolls. Those are prepared to order. Custom cuts, perforated goods, and opened rolls are generally non-returnable (see Returns).
