Payment Information
This page explains how payments work on avtexa.ie, operated by A & T Style Ltd t/a AVTEXA®.
Accepted payment methods
We accept online payments through Stripe. Depending on availability at checkout, this may include:
- Major debit and credit cards (for example Visa and Mastercard)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay, where supported by your device and browser
Available methods are shown at checkout.
Currency
All prices on avtexa.ie are displayed in euro (EUR). Unless stated otherwise, prices include applicable VAT for Irish consumers as configured in our shop.
When you are charged
Payment is taken when you place your order, unless a payment method at checkout states otherwise. For items on backorder, you are still charged at checkout unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Security
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our own servers. Always use a secure connection (HTTPS) when checking out.
Invoices and receipts
Order confirmation and payment receipts are sent to the email address you provide at checkout. For invoice queries, contact orders@avtexa.ie with your order number.
Failed or disputed payments
If a payment fails, your order will not be completed. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us first and we will help. You may also contact your card issuer.
