RENIA – Multi-Colle – Fast-Drying All-Purpose CR Cement
Renia Multi-Colle is a fast-curing, German-engineered grafted polychloroprene (CR) contact adhesive developed by Renia GmbH. While sharing identical high-strength bonding properties with Colle de Cologne, Multi-Colle is specially formulated with a shorter open time (3 to 15 minutes) for craftsmen and production workshops requiring rapid turnaround and high-speed assembly.
Formulated 100% free of Toluene and MEK, it delivers exceptional initial green strength, extreme flexibility, and durable resistance to vibrations, heat, and moisture.

- Footwear & Repairs: EVA, rubber, natural rubber, TR, microcellular soles, cork, and felt.
- General Workshop: Rapid repairs of wood, metal, rigid plastics, and layered composite panels.
Material Preparation & Application Guide:
Surface Preparation: Sand all bonding surfaces thoroughly and remove dust. Clean oily or greasy surfaces with a suitable solvent cleaner.
TR (Thermoplastic Rubber): Sand surface, apply Renia Rehagol Primer, and wait 5–15 minutes before applying adhesive.
PUR (Polyurethane Foam): Sand lightly, press with absorbent paper to remove moisture/oil. Pre-coat with Renia Primer for PUR to reinforce soft foam.
PVC to PVC / High-Stress Situations: Mix with 5–10% Renia Hardener for elevated heat, fuel, and plasticizer resistance.
Application: Apply an even, uniform layer of Multi-Colle to BOTH bonding surfaces.
Open Assembly Time:
• General Working Time: 3 – 15 minutes (fast flash-off for immediate joining).
• Drying Acceleration: Can be dried under an IR-Lamp (80°C for ~3 minutes).
Pressure & Pressing:
Standard Pressure: 1 – 5 bar (15 – 60 psi) depending on material density.
Minimum Press Time: 1 bar = min. 60 seconds; 3 bar = min. 15 seconds. (Apply light, steady pressure on soft foams to prevent crushing the cell structure).
Curing: High green strength allows instant edge trimming and handling. Full cure and chemical resistance reach maximum strength over 24–48 hours.
