Description

RENIA – Adhesive Brush Flat – Precision Solvent-Resistant Glue Brush

Renia Flat Adhesive Brushes are specifically engineered in Germany for applying solvent-based polychloroprene (CR) and polyurethane (PUR) contact adhesives.

Featuring dense, solvent-resistant synthetic bristles and an ergonomic hardwood handle, these brushes deliver exceptional spread control, ensuring a thin, uniform adhesive film without bristle loss or clumping.

Key Highlights & Advantages:

Solvent-Resistant Bristles: Built to withstand aggressive solvents (Renia Thinner, R+L Cleaner, acetone) without shedding or hardening.
Uniform Glue Layer: Distributes contact cement evenly across flat panels, preventing puddling and oversaturation.
Precision Angled Ferrule: Metal extension neck keeps glue away from the wooden handle and allows effortless reach into deep contours and edges.
Reusable & Easy to Clean: Washes clean easily with Renia Schnellkleber-Verdünner or R+L Cleaner for long service life.

Recommended Applications:

Automotive Upholstery: Spreading contact cement across door cards, dashboard panels, seat foam bolsters, and headliner margins.
Leathercraft & Footwear: Clean edge gluing, skived seam coating, and flat sole attachments.

Care & Cleaning:

Clean immediately after use by soaking in Renia Schnellkleber-Verdünner (for CR cements) or Renia R+L Cleaner / acetone (for PUR cements). Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
