Engineered specifically for high-volume automotive trimming, coachbuilding, marine upholstery, and acoustic insulation, it combines aggressive initial grab with long-lasting structural elasticity.

Usage & Application Guide:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure all bonding surfaces are completely clean, dry, and free from dust, silicone, grease, or oil residues.

2. Application:

• Spray Application: Spray an even, uniform web/coat on BOTH surfaces using a suitable contact adhesive spray gun (nozzle approx. 1.5–2.0 mm, 3–4 bar pressure).

• Brush / Roller: Apply a thin, even coat across both mating substrates.

3. Flash-off / Open Time: Allow solvents to evaporate for 3 to 10 minutes until the adhesive film is tacky and touch-dry (no glue transfer to fingers).

4. Assembly & Pressing: Align parts accurately and press firmly across the entire bonding area using a hand seam roller or firm manual pressure.

5. Curing: Immediate handling strength allows rapid workflow. Full bonding strength develops within 24 hours.
