Renia Syntic-TOTAL Universalkleber is a crystal-clear, non-yellowing Polyurethane (PUR) contact adhesive developed in Cologne, Germany by Renia GmbH. Packed in a handy, resealable squeeze tube with a precision nozzle, it is ideal for on-the-go detailing, spot repairs, edge re-adhesion, and precision trimming work where opening a large can is impractical.
Engineered specifically for bonding soft and hard PVC (Vinyl), clear foils, and synthetic upholstery, it offers absolute resistance against plasticizer migration, preventing the glue from softening or breaking down over time.

Material Preparation & Application Guide:
1. Surface Preparation: Sand all materials thoroughly and remove dust. Degrease non-porous surfaces with Renia R+L Cleaner or acetone.
• TR (Thermoplastic Rubber): Sand and treat with Renia Rehagol Primer; wait 5–15 minutes before applying Syntic-TOTAL.
• PUR (Polyurethane Foam): Sand lightly, press with paper to remove oils, and apply a thin base layer directly to seal open cells.
2. Application: Apply an even coat of Syntic-TOTAL to BOTH bonding surfaces using the tube nozzle or a flat brush.
3. Open Assembly Time:
• General Materials: 5 – 30 minutes (allow to flash off until touch-dry).
• PVC / Vinyl: 10 – 45 minutes.
4. Pressure & Pressing: Press firmly for 15–60 seconds depending on material firmness (1–5 bar / 15–60 psi).
5. Curing: Immediate handling and edge trimming strength. Maximum chemical resistance develops over 24–48 hours.
