Alcantara Panel 1934

ALCANTARA® – Pannel – Genuine Automotive Interior Material (Made in Italy)

Genuine Alcantara® Pannel is the premier, world-renowned luxury microfiber composite engineered in Italy specifically for automotive interior wrapping. Featuring a soft, tactile, non-directional suede nap, the Pannel variant is an unbacked, single-layer formulation designed to stretch and conform seamlessly across curved, complex vehicle cabin geometries without adding excessive bulk.

Engineered to meet the stringent demands of top-tier original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), Alcantara® offers remarkable durability, high thermal comfort, non-glare properties for driver visibility, and certified environmental safety.

Key Highlights & Advantages:

• Unbacked Flexibility: Lightweight, single-layer structure conforms smoothly around tight pillar curves, dashboard recesses, and complex sun visors.
• Extreme Abrasion Resistance: Surpasses ≥ 30,000 Martindale cycles (UNI EN ISO 12947-1/2/3/4) with zero cosmetic surface degradation.
• UV Lightfastness & Non-Glare: High Xenotest light resistance (VDA 75202 / 2 FAKRA ≥ 3) prevents fading and eliminates dashboard windscreen reflections.
• Thermal Stability: Remains cool in high summer heat and warm during winter frost, avoiding the stickiness of leather and synthetic vinyls.
• Easy Spot-Cleaning: Non-absorbent microfibre structure allows water-soluble stains to be lifted cleanly without leaving rings.

Recommended Automotive & Marine Applications:

• Headliners & Roof Panels: Lightweight structure prevents sagging when used with high-temperature contact adhesives.
• Pillars (A, B, C & D-Pillars): Flexible stretch allows seamless wrapping around airbag recesses and tight compound curves.
• Dashboards & Consoles: Matt, suede finish absorbs sunlight to prevent distracting windscreen glare.
• Door Panels & Inserts: Precision wrapping of upper trims, pull handles, and interior accent mouldings.
• Bespoke Trim & Steering Columns: Luxury refitting for supercars, GT conversions, and campervan living cabins.

Professional Cleaning & Maintenance Guide (Water-Soluble Stains):

Always act promptly. Dab the stain from the outer edges toward the center using a clean, lint-free white cloth. Never rub aggressively.

• Fruit juice, jam, jelly, syrup, ketchup: Use lukewarm water; rinse by dabbing with clean water.
• Blood, egg, excrement, urine: Use cold water only (avoid warm water as heat coagulates proteins); dab clean with fresh water.
• Liquors, wine, beer, cola, tea: Use lukewarm water. If faint colour remains, dab with lemon juice, then rinse well with clean water.
• Copying pencil, cocoa, chocolate, ice cream, mustard: Dab with lukewarm water; rinse thoroughly.
• Vinegar, hair gel, tomato sauce, coffee with sugar: Treat with lemon juice, then dab with lukewarm water.

APPLICATION & ADHESIVE RECOMMENDATIONS:
FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY. For bonding unbacked Alcantara® Pannel to headliner shells, composite panels, or pillar plastics, use high-heat resistant contact adhesives (such as Renia Colle de Cologne, Multi-Colle with Härter C crosslinker, or high-temperature spray systems). Ensure even, thin adhesive deposition to avoid bleed-through.
