Professional Cleaning & Maintenance Guide (Water-Soluble Stains):

Always act promptly. Dab the stain from the outer edges toward the center using a clean, lint-free white cloth. Never rub aggressively.

• Fruit juice, jam, jelly, syrup, ketchup: Use lukewarm water; rinse by dabbing with clean water.
• Blood, egg, excrement, urine: Use cold water only (avoid warm water as heat coagulates proteins); dab clean with fresh water.
• Liquors, wine, beer, cola, tea: Use lukewarm water. If faint colour remains, dab with lemon juice, then rinse well with clean water.
• Copying pencil, cocoa, chocolate, ice cream, mustard: Dab with lukewarm water; rinse thoroughly.
• Vinegar, hair gel, tomato sauce, coffee with sugar: Treat with lemon juice, then dab with lukewarm water.
