Premium Headliner Catalogue – AVTEXA Headliner Fabric Sample Book

Headliner colours are hard to judge on screen, and the backing matters as much as the face fabric. This sample book holds real laminated pieces of our premium headliner range. You can match the original roof lining, feel the stretch and choose the right build before you order by the metre.

Fabric types in the book

• Pique (polyester): G00–G09, M10–M12, B21–B23, F54, N41 and N42
• Open-knitted (polyester): PA61, PA62 and PA63
• Velour (polyester): V91–V98
• Microfiber, suede look (polyester): A81, A83, A84 and A86

Common characteristics

• 35 kg foam specified for vehicle headlining, with the face cloth for this use
• Bi-elastic in width and length (4-way stretch)
• Colour held between batches

The two builds on our product pages

• Sandwich (about 4 mm): fabric + foam + bi-elastic mesh. The mesh is a barrier: adhesive stays on that layer and does not enter the cells of the foam. Use for headliner board and door cards.
• Pillars (about 2 mm): same family, thinner build. A/B/C pillars and sunroof surrounds.

How to use it:

• Use the tabs (Open Knitted, Velour, Microfiber) to find the right section.
• Hold the sample against the car’s existing headliner or pillar trim in daylight.
• Note the code (e.g. G00) and order it by the metre, choosing “Sandwich 4mm” or “Pillars 2mm” on the product page.
