We supply upholstery and related materials (including leather, artificial leather, Alcantara®, vinyls, headliners, threads and accessories) mainly to trade customers in Ireland and the EU, and also to smaller buyers where we accept online orders.

What data we collect

  • Orders & accounts: name, company name, billing/shipping address, email, phone, order contents, payment status (we do not store full card numbers — Stripe processes cards).
  • Contact / quote forms: name, email, subject, message, and any details you send.

    • Accounts, VAT and legal record-keeping
    • Site security, fraud prevention, debugging

    Who we share data with

    Transfers outside the EEA

    Some tools (e.g. Google, Stripe) may process data outside the EEA under their safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses). Ask us if you want more detail.

    How long we keep data

    • Orders & invoices: typically 7 years (Irish tax/accounting practice)
    • Contact form messages: up to 2 years unless needed longer for an ongoing quote/dispute
    • Analytics: per Google Analytics settings / cookie consent retention
    • Security logs: as long as needed for security, then deleted or anonymised

    Your rights

    You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or data portability where applicable, and you may withdraw cookie consent.

    • SMTP / mail delivery for order and form emails

    We do not sell your personal data.

  • Cookies & analytics: see our Cookie Policy. We use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-LKDDCQXZE6) and may use Rank Math / site tools that rely on similar data when consented.
