This Delivery page explains how A & T Style Ltd t/a AVTEXA® (“Avtexa”, “we”, “us”) delivers orders placed on avtexa.ie.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the Ireland and the United Kingdom. If you need delivery elsewhere, please contact us before ordering at orders@avtexa.ie or +353 083 0888713.
Delivery methods and times
Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout and depend on your address, order size and product type (for example cut lengths, full rolls, or bulky foam items).
- Typical dispatch is within a few working days after payment is confirmed, subject to stock and any backorder items.
- Products marked On backorder may take longer; estimated timing is shown on the product page where available.
- Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Ireland. We do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays.
Cut lengths, rolls and special items
Textile and roll products are often cut to order. Once cut, they may be non-returnable except where Irish or EU consumer law requires otherwise — see our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Delivery address
Please check that your shipping address and contact phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address you provided.
Damaged or missing parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@avtexa.ie with your order number and photos where helpful. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
