How will my order be delivered?

Ireland orders ship with An Post or DPD. Oversized items such as fabrics go with DPD only.

How are fabrics packed?

Fabrics are rolled on a cardboard tube to protect them in transit.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. You can collect from our store in Kilkenny during opening hours (Mon–Fri 10am–5pm, lunch 1pm–2pm). Contact us first so we can prepare your order.

What does “in stock” mean?

If a product is marked in stock, the material is held in our Kilkenny store and ready to prepare.

What if an item is on backorder?

We can still take the order and will confirm timing. Lead times vary by product — ask us if you need a date before you buy.

Do you offer samples?

Yes on selected products (look for Sample on the product page). Samples help you check colour and feel before a full order.

Do you offer trade / wholesale prices?
